Chocolate Guiness Cake

a rather fun filled and eventful day today starting with another driving lesson this morning my first one in daylight and the first one out in an open road rather than a quiet side street and i got such a buzz!

Then i enjoyed an afternoon of baking and silversmithing i made pizzas from scratch for friends coming over which didnt work out too well (bit soggy in the middle...) but i made the failsafe chocolate guiness cake by the amazing Nigella Lawson and it went down a treat as it always does and here is a photo of the lovely cake well worth making everyone!
