Happy faces

I was supposed to be taking the kids to London today to keep them occupied, but thanks to the great planned engineering works on the train line it was postponed to another day.

But to our great delight we had an offer of going out for tea in the afternoon, which then turned into a winters walk on the beach. Seriously debated about taking my camera, thank goodness I didn't. It was windy, sandy and literally within 10 minutes, raining. But the kids had great fun with Duncan and Frances who were also fantastic hosts and my girls had such a great day.

It has made me very thankful today for great friends and for the fun and laughter they bring to my life. I would be a miserable bitch cow without a little bit of laughter in my life everyday. I am blessed with a lot of love from my family and friends, and not forgetting the fun and the great memories we create everyday. I may moan sometimes, but I love my life. It's bloody great!
