Ballarat

I dropped Adrian off at work this morning and then headed into Ballarat,which is one of the old gold mining towns west of Melbourne, for patchwork fabric. It was well worth the journey, I love fabric!
It was about 30? when I got to Lake Wendouree which is where the 1956 Olympic rowing, kayaking and canoeing races were held.
Not long until London will be hosting the Olympics and we may well still be here, on the wrong side of the world-again! Not very well planned at all.
