Happy Birthday.......

.....to me!

Today I am @% years old, getting on a bit, can't quite remember how old. Glad I'm not Samoan as I would have had to skip this birthday altogether! And what happens if you are born on this non-day?

Yesterday I was unreliably informed that I would be on the slopes today, but the Snow Gods have conspired against me, making it unwise to travel up there and providing me with useless, wet, shitty slush at home!

Regardless, I am full of the cold and working nightshift for the next two nights (including tonight), so it was probably not the best plan anyway.

I have had a lovely lazy day recovering from the excesses of yesterday, imbibing Day Nurse and wiping my snotty nose watching movies and relaxing.
