Rang up Jessops to find out where my camera is.

I was informed that it is still in Germany, it's now 2 weeks overdue and today I was informed that the shop itself had held onto it for 10 days before sending it off.

Why is nothing ever straight forward now-a-days in our super efficient, computerised, automated world.
