CATCHING A FALLEN STAR

So here's my star.

I've lurked on blipfoto for the past year really and have finally taken the plunge. After finally choosing a title, I searched for the 'perfect' opening blip. Suddenly it came to me - we were about to take the Christmas tree down and the star was sitting staring at me!

It's always a depressing time of year when all the shiny twinkling lights and decorations get taken down and put away. I guess it's a metaphor for the dreariness an depression that so often sets in once summer has passed.

I'm making the commitment to blip every day from now. I hope that you will follow me as the journey progresses ........
