String 'em up

So, for the past few years we've had this lovely string of string lights up in the house. But then the lights stopped working. I checked all the bulbs, changed the fuse and everything. But to no avail. Still no illumination.

But then, in the sales I got me a new set of lights (you wouldn't believe how difficult it is to buy a string of fairy lights in September!), and voila, we now have lights working again. Huzzah!
