Ooops

This is a blip for my lovely former colleagues...Tara, Joni and Keith...I'm sorry I went against all of your good advice and took a trip to see the bad back man. I don't want you to despair at my foolhardiness, I just fall off the wagon once in a while. I totally blame the fact I don't sit right by you all anymore and can't actually see your stern faces of disapproval!!!
