Citrus turkey

I picked up this turkey half price a couple of days ago and decided to cook it today. I picked a recipe out of one of my many Good Food mags and this one had a large amount of butter mixed with lemon and orange zest, thyme and rosemarypushed under the skin. It was delicious! Now to relax with a film feeling decidedly full!!
