Sitting Still

Little Man and I attended a birthday party for one of his wee pals at a bowling alley today. I was determined to get a blip there, even though the lighting was just horrid - green, flickering fluorescent bulbs throughout the place.

This is one of the best pics I took there - this chap is sitting patiently on his Mom's lap, waiting his turn. Note that he is sitting still, while his momma keeps wiggling!

I chopped 5 pounds/2.5 kilos of cabbage for homemade sauerkraut today. The Pole in me surfaces in the kitchen a lot... Can't wait to make kapusniak (the sauerkraut and potatoes soup)!
