Belly

This last day of the year, I made a typically Dutch winter soup named "Snert". Yesterday we made the broth of lam belly. Today I grilled the belly and tonight I'll serve it on some bread together with the soup.

(in dutch we call bubbles: "bellen. Bellen, belly, New Years eve. As you look carefully you can see some bubbles onder the roast.)
