New Year's Eve Kitchen

Proof that cooking for the feast is getting underway.
The food is best described as fusion - a mixture of Mediterranean and Indian.
Best dish so far is the potato and aubergine - cooked with black onion seed, mustard seed, cumin seed, chilli and garlic, moistened by a little coconut milk and finished with lemon juice and fresh coriander. Guests will be lucky if there's any of that left by the time they arrive!
