Hula Hula Girl

This is my friend and her on fire hula. She got this for Christmas and we had a great day up in Bruntsfield links with her, her boyfriend, the children and a fire staff. I was mighty impressed, she looked really cool.
I have even come home with a hula hoop (without the flames) to practise at home. It is pretty good for the old tummy muscles, I can only go for about one minute thirty seconds without wearing out with exhaustion. Practise makes perfect, maybe next New Year I'll have it mastered.
