Seeing The Old Year Out

For my 365th shot, I thought I'd go back to where it started, on the canal to watch the fireworks. About 20 people gathered there, as it's one of the few places in the area with a clear view across to the castle. I took a couple of group shots of people waiting, and then I spotted one of this years' cygnets, curious as to what we were all doing there.

A couple of minutes later the fireworks started, but that's a blip for another day ;-)
