Happy New Year / Blwyddyn Newydd Dda

We spent the day finally - finally - emptying the old house so that it's ready for the new people as soon as they want to move in. It's been a tiring day but we're very happy with what we've achieved.

We spent a jolly evening with Richard and Steph. Happy 2012.
