A cow

Dave and I took a walk up Kennedy's Bush track, up above the Halswell Quarry. He wanted to see how his lungs managed. And - they were great! Dave also went for a decent bike ride yesterday and felt good. He says he feels better than he has for months so we wonder if the clots have been around for a while?

This cow obligingly let me get close and take her photo. She was lovely - black and white with those fluffy ears. They are such WIDE animals.

Kariba on way home from Rhythm and Vines - but the bus broke down so I hope they aren't too delayed in getting to Wellington. She flies home tomorrow, probably tired, muddy and dying for a decent feed!
