My 365 project is complete! I am feeling very pleased with myself today having succeeded in what has been a really tough challenge.

This 365 project has been an incredible experience. To have one year of my life documented in pictures is really special and I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey.

The main reason for this project was to improve my photography and it has certainly helped me to do that. Valuable lessons I have learned along the way are:

Good composition is vital
Good light is everything
When capturing people, capture emotion
Post shot editing cannot make a bad photo good
Post shot editing can make a good photo excellent
Learn the basic rules of photography. Then break them.
Never stop learning
