Hope

There isn't much that can fill me with a sense of hope more than seeing a flock of birds in flight.

Every bird has a part to play, a job to do. And every bird does it, without fuss, in the knowledge that sometimes it will be harder work (birds at front) than others (back).

They fly as one.
