Oliebollen

This is what I do on december 31st: making oliebollen (oil balls); our traditional fare at new year's eve. Friends, family and neighbours stop by in the afternoon for a taste and a glass of mulled wine.
A kitchen full of happy people is the best way to wave the old year out!
