Only One Crust

I would just like to say thanks to everyone who commented on my 365th yesterday....what an honour to be in with such cool blippers! I also forgot to mention that my favourite own blip of the whole year has to be the one from the 20th Jan 2011! (I still don't know how to place a link).

Anyway, today...my friend, Kath, called around and amused us with her tale of her New Year's Eve with her dog, Ruby, ironing and a glass of wine. Oh and she fell asleep too. I had an exciting New Year's Eve too, putting a desk together! (Graham managed to drag himself away from Narnia to help tighten up the grand sum of six screws!!) We did watch the London fireworks on TV....I loved those amazing fireworks shooting from the clock tower. Fab!

Had to get out of the house today as we were all going crazy so we had a short drive out to Southport. Took a little "picnic" with us, which we ate in the car. Had a short walk to the boating lake and we proved to be very popular with the swans!
