A new year!

Well we had open house last night ending up ith 15 or so folks with the last ones departing at 5am this morning. Plenty to eat and drink with good conversation so a good end to one year and a good start to a new one.
Up late had brunch and then took doggies out for a plod with my cousin then we went beaver hunting. We saw their dam and lodge and heard them playing just across from us but didnt see them, it was also almost dark. Still nice to see their presence.
Going down to Glasgo tonight and meeting with friends tomorro, I think I ill cook dinner then we can go out to a pub or two
