Sun setting.......

....... on the first day of 2012

Today is the first picture of my theme/project.

I noticed the colours of the sunset through the reflection of our facing neighbours window, so grabbing my camera I ran to the back of our house opend the window wide and got this shot..... before this one I did get some really good shots but on closer inspection there must have been a dryed up rain drop on the lens, which spoilt the prosess....... First lesson learnt with my new camera..... always wipe down the lens when been out in the rain.

I'm really looking forward to geting the house and daily routine back to normal tomorrow.
