Today's the day ........................... to blow away the cobwebs

It wasn't a particularly good day weatherwise - but it wasn't actually raining, which counts as a good day round here - so Will and I went for a New Year's Day walk on Scout Scar.

It seems that we weren't the only ones to have that idea and we saw lots of families all out blowing away the cobwebs just like us. It didn't matter though. There's plenty of room up there for everybody.

Another day off tomorrow and then it's back to work after what will have been a long time off. Have to say, I've got quite accustomed to this life of leisure and doing what I want. It's going to be hard knuckling back down ................
