Happy New Year

These lovely pussycats from Blijdorp Zoo wish you a good 2012 too. And a big pile of meat.

The zoo visit (and the next pub visit with sennema and J.) was a good way of spending an otherwise probably wasted January 1st. It almost made up for the stolen license plates, the burst bike tire, the 5 km walk through pouring rain.

New Year's Eve was good too. Nothing fancy - a visit with friends and watching the fireworks on their roof - but needs nothing more. All those new year's eve parties tend to be rather disappointing.

Next year I will try a proper fireworks shot.... (my only resolution)
