One of these before bed is the perfect antidote to a stressful day.

I feel like an early night but it hasn't turned out as early as I'd have liked due to mum struggling with me over every item of clothing I needed to take off her in order to get her ready for bed.

I needed a rest and my inhaler for a while once I had managed to get her into her bed.

Wish I knew the trick to make it easy every time. Anyway there is always my Latte and Disaronno. As soon as I have this I relax and unwind.
