Our Ravioli New Years Dinner!

We celebrated this first day of 2012 by making ravioli together from scratch! Amazing .... Mixing the dough, kneading it and rolling it out,
cutting the squares and stretching them, filling them with ricotta cheese and FINALLY putting them into boiling water! Amazing... Delicious!! This pic is of the table just waiting for me to sit down so we can all three eat. These are two of my very dearest friends...
