Village Decorations

I'm not sure who pays for them (businesses or taxpayers) but the village where I live always has a reasonable display of lights over Christmas.

This is an attempt to capture on of the 'flickering' lights in action. I thought I done OK but on the big screen this capture from my phone is a little disappointing,
