First day of being vegan - first vegan food
Today is a first official day of being a vegan. Even though it took quite some morning time to decide what to cook today, as soon as I peeped my nose outdoors, nicely warmish sunny January and a beautifully clear blue sky helped me follow my instincts, and choose delicious ingredients, with ease (thank you sun).
Here is a tasty, homemade, simple, light vegan lunch meal with rice and vegetables (onion, carrots zucchini, garlic, ginger, mushrooms). As far as seasoning, I thought a plain simple meal (lunch) without too much of spicing will do, so I used: salt, pepper, soy sauce.
Not too bad for the first day of being vegan. Onto the next vegan challenge, making a vegan desert.
