Half moon

A cold, windy day with ever changing light. Inspired by alasdairb's heroic efforts this morning I overcame the desire for an afternoon nap and went for a walk to the High Pond. The clouds kept blowing over the sun and I got a variety of different shots en route - nothing very good at the High Pond because the sun was behind a cloud all the time I was there. In the end I chose this one for its blue sky, the half moon and the long shadows.

Holidays are over - John has left to start a new project in Koln (I'm going to spell it the German way - even if I don't have a handy umlaut - as it is shorter).
