I want to ride my bicycle

Today we went on our first ever family bike ride. Joe and Matt cycle quite often but I haven't been on my bike for about 3 years.

I'm not a confident rider at all and was very nervous about falling off (which I've done pretty much every other time I've ridden) but I survived!!

I was also worried how it would affect my injured shoulder but that wasn't as bad as I expected either. It is sore now though as is my rear end - I only did about a mile but my bum thinks I did the tour de France!!!
