Hummingbird!!

~Bird Week~
Of course I had to get a hummer in this week! It's pretty cool that the Anna's Hummingbird stays here in the Pacific NW all throughout winter.

I'm home sick today. Feeling somewhat better this afternoon. I wondered what I would do for a bird photo if I was inside all day then I noticed the hummingbirds visiting the feeder.....yes! I was able to sit in the doorway and watch them. Looking through the photos I was sure wishing I had a faster zoom. Lots of noise and lack of sharpness. My birthday is coming(well, not till April) and I am going to REALLY beg pray for a new lens!!!! :)

The Rose Bowl is starting and the Oregon Ducks are playing!!!! Our son goes to school there so we are now big Duck fans. GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!
