Still here?
Same place, different drink! G&T this evening, after a good long workout at gym again. Am training for 10k run in March, followed by half marathon in September. Would like also to maybe do a extreme race which starts in Stirling this autumn, and so might be looking for team-mates and sponsors ! Since joining gym in October have lost 12kg in weight, and on Friday managed 250 total press ups, squats, crunches and inverted rows as part of a running/rowing circuit. When I started at the gym I struggled to do one full press up! My aim this year is to get as fit as my body will allow .... Since I gave up smoking in August last year I have become a fitness addict!
