Perched

I've been working on a video for Clayton County (just south of Atlanta) the last few days. They've implemented an ingenious method for dealing with waste water reclamation - rather than pumping it full of chemicals and dumping it back in a river, they've constructed wetlands to naturally filter out the contaminants as it makes its way back into the water system (I've probably oversimplified, but that's basically it). Not only is it environmentally beneficial, but it's also far cheaper to operate.

The dragonflies certainly love it - it's populated by several different species, all beautiful.

The big question is - why isn't everyone else doing it this way?

Edit: Here's a wider version that White preferred. I think it's a better composition, but the tighter crop seems to work better for Blip.
