Our last full day on the Island tomorrow... bummer!... had a great day today, caught some more snapper and made an amazing parcel for dinner... garlic, wine, a splash of cream & herbs all wrapped up and baked... yum! Lots of photos for the day so I thought id go for something different, these clouds looked amazing as the sun was going down...
