One on the wheel, one on the trigger

This city needs to step up its public transpertation. Almost 4 million people and the only way to get around is by car or bus, and not many people are brave enuogh to ride the bus. They need trains running down the center of all the major freeways going in and out of town, instead they have the HOV, or counterflow lane, which is normally clogged up by the buses.
Now if I can just find that 30 million dollers, I know its around here somewere.
