Gales again!

Very high winds this morning that Rona did not get her walk until later. When we eventually ventured out we could not believe the devastation in the wood. Every path blocked with fallen trees So , so sad.

Most of the houses in our street have some roof damage . We seem to have been very lucky in not having ridge tiles removed. Many fences and walls have been demolished with the wind too.

Every cloud has a silver lining however... Ali had no electricity or heating and we had Euan and her up for the afternoon.

After Ali left, John and I went for a walk and saw a tree down in a drive. Parked below the tree was a Jaguar. Now unfortunately a squashed Jaguar.
