Windy Repeats
I wasn't quite expecting the return of the extreme winds quite so soon.
Good job it was a holiday here, as getting to and from work today would not have been nice - if at all possible.
So yet again I postponed my trip to Glasgow.
And it sounds so much worse there, with Mum and Dad's garden shed finally collapsing, the side fence blowing over and some roof tiles crashing through the conservatory. No-one hurt, but quite a mess by all accounts.
With the wind easing around here late morning we went for a quick spot of lunch at the Gloagburn farm. Not many folk there.
And afterwards the walk along the Tay was interrupted by Breagha finding a whole new thing to roll in. A washed-up, half-decayed salmon. Delightful!
She's now lying drying at the radiator, traumatised after her bath.
I found this today which made me smile: X marks the spot.
And, finally filled in all of last year's summer holiday, if you fancy a peek: Plumber.
