Precious Eyes

Have been thinking about today's blip all day. Back to work today and seen as I arrived at work in the dark and left for home also in the dark I was getting a kittle worried what I would come up with. I'm a nurse and with the unit I work in, you'd probably not want to see any pictures I could compose at work!!!!

So I took an emergency blip on the way out to the car (in the wind and rain) of the moon with a star / planet alongside. Today is the first time I have carried my camera with me to work so the lack of tripod made the night time shot woefully blurry!

Upon returning home I begged the kids to let me photograph them again. I decided to focus on their eyes and started with Arch. He was very compliant (bless him!) and posed for ages but I just couldn't get it. I eventually settled on this image of Archie's eye.

Seth, however was having none of it! I had to chase him round the room but eventually found him standing mesmerised by Jake and the Neverland Pirates and took the opportunity to pounce! Gotcha!!

I chose Seth's picture as although my favourite child changes minute by minute I don't have a favourite child, Seth's huge brown eyes always win me over!!!!
