The Golden Cock

It's been a very blustery day here on the cliff, Smallest child and I were going to head out for a walk but we feared that we would be blown away.

Fortunately the sun came out by mid afternoon and I ventured as far as the neighbours to take some photographs.

This weather vane was a tricky subject, every time I tried to line up a shot - it moved. Something to do with it being a bit windy.

Back to work today for Mr Pnut, he came home looking a bit frazzled so I made him some 3 bean enchiladas for dinner.
Small child is back to school tomorrow and big child comes back from her Grandparents so it will be a full house again tomorrow night. I'm glad I'll get tomorrow daytime to myself to prepare.
