Day out to Kings Cross

WEre due to return home today but the weather thought differently.
Checked updates before we left Farnborough but nothing about our train so went to Kings Cross to find a notice saying there were no trains to Scotland today.
So it was about turn and back to Farnborough and will try again tomorrow. I gather there are some now going as far as Edinburgh but nothing north of there.
Delays on SW trains as well due to fallen trees
