Pass the Port

Well it's time to do that thing!

Renew the passport.

Not really for travel, but because, in this realm, you are a none person if you don't have one and/or a driving license.

I failed my test years ago. Well, Roo was a driver by then and it was less important for us both to drive, she worked in the Northumberland countryside and I worked in town an easy bus ride away. So I never went back to it. I was put off by a minor crash whilst practising for my second test. I nearly wrote off the Metro colliding with a gate post at 10mph. Then some hair-head in an XR3 with big shiny Cibies nearly ran me off the A17. I gave up then and there.

Will I ever go back? I think I am too old now, I would be a nervous driver and I thinks there are too many cars on the roads already. So, nah!

Anyway, the passport, once renewed means I may see Spain again.
