Flood plain

We woke to truly hideous weather today, gusting winds and lashing rain. Had to venture out and was glad I did. The flood plains outside of town were pretty impressive so I went back home to pick up my phone camera. It was bitterly cold and the light levels were low but there is something quite exhilarating about being buffeted by nature. Silly hat was deployed. Must get a pair of those gloves which enable you to operate the camera/phone without getting frostbite. Apparently more expected tomorrow. Every cloud....
