Calm after the storm

Well, thanks to that bloody awful rain and wind we had for most of the morning, we now know we have two leaking parts of our new roof! The new extension is fine, we now have big damp patches on our old kitchen and girls bedroom ceiling. Oh well, rang the builders and they are coming back tomorrow. I hope they can do a quick fox on it, I don't want them coming back every day again.

And to top that all off, the Infant school is closed tomorrow as it has been flooded. The Juniors is of course still open, so one child at school whilst the other is left moaning that it's not fair and she wants to see all her friends again. You just can't win with some kids!!
