"Fettler" doing what he does best...

Having travelled a good way round the world for this weeks diving from "Browning Pass Hideaway" not even a detached cuff seal was going to stop me diving.


A rummage in the workshop turned up a tube of contact cement, some reasonably clean acetone and a bicycle inner tube.


While the rest of the divers were off enjoying a great dive on the wreckage scattered around Crocker Rock, I spent a fruitful hour cleaning old adhesive from my seal and suit and hopefully reattaching it well enough to last the rest of the week.

thankfully a sharp pair of scissors borrowed from the girls in the kitchen let me make some seal tape out of the inner tube and the repair was good as new by the time the guys returned from their dive.


I even had time to catch some rays!!!!
