Busy Bodies

Very windy day today, up to 160km per hour. Lots of houses without electricity due to the storms and many fallen trees. Luckily I was working from home so didn't have to brave the N81.

Applied for a job tonight. Hope to get an interview. This time I will do a mock interview beforehand, after my last disastrous performance.

Watched Fr. Ted tonight. Love the bit where Dougle is asked if he has any doubts by a visiting Bishop. He hims and haws and then says, "well you know how God created us and he is up there watching us, and he sent his son down to save us all, and when we die we will go to heaven?" "Yes" says the Bishop, "well that's the bit I have a problem with." The Bishop ends up ditching the Church and becoming a hippie! Great stuff.
