Healthy Baby

This afternoon Linden had his 2-month check-up. He weighs about 12 pounds 6 ounces and is just over 24 inches long now. He also received his first round of immunizations; the bright orange and pink band-aids on his thigh in the photo are covering two of the spots. The shots definitely hurt, but he was soothed by his mommy and daddy, and we hope he feels okay tomorrow. After the appointment we decided to go to the Tattered Cover, a local bookstore, to pick out a book for Linden for doing so well at his appointment and getting his shots - this might be the beginning of a family tradition.
