Start the day off with running and gym.
Got back results was satisfied but there is still room for improvement.
Best thing today was wheeling wheel chair from atrium to clubroom.

Hatred which fuels my motivation how cool is that.

Come on bro you got to get better, you are making two old hags worryi for you. They cant even have a good night sleep.Not to say you but you had freaking more than half a year to exercise get yourself ready but you didn't ,all you did was stay at home in the end you accomplish nothing.Now you get sick because your body cannot take it ,come on blame it on yourself seriously.I don't get you , you are the older one but sadly you don't act like one.
