Some sort of peace for the Lawrence family

Today, two men have been sentenced for the murder of Stephen Lawrence in 1993. The two men will spend the next 15 years in prison as the jury returned a guilty verdict.
Two positives have emerged from this terrible case - the determination of the police to get justice for the Lawrence family and the fact that it was a media campaign that helped to get the right result. After months of press vilification, this was a triumph for investigative and persistent journalism.
