Empty Beach

I didn't hang around on here for too long either.

Today is the last day of a two week break from work and although I've had a fantastic time catching up with family and friends, I've not managed to get out walking as much as I'd hoped. The weather has been relentlessly grim (or it certainly has been the case when I've had the time to go for a walk).

I had every intention of dodging today's showers to get out and about but found it really unpleasant on Crantock Beach shown here. I headed for a beach cafe instead and looked at a view of the sea from there with a hot chocolate - heaps better!
