Survived day one at work, eventhough my team is either enjoying the sunshine or couldn't return from holiday due to the storm.
Have this silly New Year's thing of "no chocolate & alchohol till my bday" again so need to find some other ways to spoil myself. Tonight I tried to re-create Wagamama's firecracker prawns with quite good result. Only thing I need to remember next time is to get some soye souce.
One side-note though: NEVER breath in the steam of frying chilli!!
